Ronald T. Tomasko, a partner with James, Smith, Dietterick and Connelly, LLP, is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Ron is admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Northern District of West Virginia, the Southern District of West Virginia, and the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. He has spoken to or presented at many employment law and workers’ compensation conferences and seminars and served as on various national and regional bar association’s employment and workers’ compensation divisions. He also was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Star by the Philadelphia Magazine. In addition to his work at JSDC he is a member of the Mechanicsburg Cubs, an over 30 amateur baseball team, has been a member of the several winning sectional teams for the World Amateur Chess Team Championship and was the student chess champion while attending The Pennsylvania State University. He is married with two sons.
