James F. Spade, a partner with James, Smith, Dietterick and Connelly, LLP and practice leader of the Real Estate Law group, is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law. Jim is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He practices in the areas of commercial, industrial and residential real estate transactions, land use, and real estate development.
