Edward P. (Ted) Seeber, a partner with James, Smith, Dietterick and Connelly, LLP, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law. Admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the Middle District Court of Pennsylvania, Ted is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. At JSDC his practice focuses on the areas of elder law, nursing home planning, Orphans’ Court litigation, estate planning, estate administration as well as business planning and representation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council. He also served as a clerk to the Honorable John T. J. Kelly, Jr., of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Ted is married with four children.
