Jessica E. Lowe, an attorney with James, Smith, Dietterick and Connelly, LLP, earned her Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University. Attorney Lowe is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. At JSDC, her practice focuses on family law, specifically on issues involving divorce, child custody and support. She also has experience in the areas of commercial litigation and creditors’ rights. Attorney Lowe is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She serves on the board of the Junior League of Harrisburg.
