Susan Kadel, an attorney with James, Smith, Dietterick and Connelly, LLP, is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University. Susan is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state and Federal courts. At JSDC her practice focuses on the area of family law including divorce, custody and adoptions. She says that her most memorable moments as an attorney may not be the most dramatic, but the satisfaction she gains includes providing counsel that helps clients “navigate the difficult and emotional road in a family dissolution.” Before entering private practice, Susan served a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Patrick R. Tamilia of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Her experience includes serving as a court-appointed custody conciliator for the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County and serving as a delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. She resides in Hershey with her husband Greg and faithful cat Izzy.
