Neil Yahn, earned his Juris Doctor degree and a Masters in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law and a Certificate in Employee Benefits from the Georgetown University Law Center. He also earned his B.S. from West Chester University.  He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. Neil counsels business entities on tax and formation issues and also works with individuals in handling estate and trust controversies and related guardianship issues. 

In 2005, he was designated as a Rising Star with Pennsylvania's Super Lawyers. This designation was in the practice area of Tax. This Rising Star category was awarded to the top 2.5% of up-and-coming attorneys in Pennsylvania.
