Scott Dietterick, the firm's managing partner, graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1986. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1989. Scott is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania . He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, banking, real estate, and business acquisitions
