The Commercial Litigation Group is led by Matthew Chabal, III and provides a full range of litigation and dispute resolution services. We represent a broad spectrum of clients including individuals, partnerships, closely held and public corporations and other business and government entities.

Our practice involves solving problems in commercial relationships, which may include business formations, business dissolution or related business issues. Our attorneys handle disputes involving Uniform Commercial Code issues, employment agreements, construction contracts, securities, management and corporate control issues, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder rights, covenants not to compete and insurance coverage.  We have appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country to prosecute or defend matters such as declaratory judgments, preliminary and permanent injunctions or trials.

In addition to traditional litigation, our attorneys are experienced in various alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as arbitrations, mini-trials and mediations.
