Municipal Law covers a wide variety of regulations and ordinances that govern a local municipality. Throughout the Commonwealth, the Pennsylvania Municipal Code serves as a guideline for the implementation of local statutes and an experienced attorney can help guide a municipality, as well as individuals that need to interact with municipalities, through these somewhat complex laws. The JSDC team has assisted municipalities in various roles, most notably as solicitor for various towns, cities, boroughs and townships (both first and second class) throughout the state.
